Circular Cities Network (CNN) has embarked into a great journey among all Society of Sustainability and Green Materials (SSGM) distinguished member’s experts.

Circular Cities Network (CNN) is a global community comprising cities, businesses, and organisations tirelessly committed to realising the circular economy vision. CCN encourages collaboration, facilitates knowledge sharing, and champions advocacy, contributing to various SDGs such as SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.

Circular Cities Network (CNN) is founded by IFLA, ISOCARP, UIA and WFEO with the commitment to combat climate change and promote the principles of circular economy towards Circular Cities. Circular Cities Network (CNN) is committed to fostering collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting sustainable urban development across the globe.

The Circular Cities Network City Network (CNN) has embedded the principles of the circular economy. It is based on three principles, driven by design: eliminate waste and pollution, circulate products and materials (at their highest value), and regenerate nature that is good for business, people, and the environment. Its Programme is to accelerate the transition towards circular cities throughout five core services: Scan: Circular innovation process that identifies opportunities to foster a circular economy.

There are many advantages that results from adopting of the CNN, among those are: resilient; waste-free; low carbon; resource efficient; resilient; ecologically regenerated urban systems; reusing and recycling products would slow down the use of natural resources, reduce landscape and habitat disruption and help to limit biodiversity loss and a reduction in total annual greenhouse gas emissions.

The adopted CNN framework can help make more affordable for consumers to combat inflation. This is achieved by designing products that are durable, repairable, and reusable result in higher-quality products that have a longer lifespan.
